COLOR GUARD CALENDAR FUNDRAISER

Thank you for supporting our Winter Color Guard Students for their 2023-24 season. Please be sure to fill out this form completely including your method of payment. See instructions below regarding different METHODS OF PAYMENT for our Calendar Fundraiser.

Help our students earn $496.00 each in December!!

​INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CALENDAR

  • Pick a day that hasn't been chosen yet

  • Fill out the ONLINE form in the QR code for who you are donating, & make note of their assigned #)

  • To help us track your donations in the account - each student has been assigned a number - that will be the "cents" on each donation.

  • So when you sponsor that day's amount (ex: day 4 = $4.00), you will add the "cents" to the donation (ex. Susie Dyer, #10 for day 4 = $4.10) and make your payment.

  • STUDENTS: write sponsors name on the back next to the day(s) of the month selected.

  • SPONSOR: Send the amount to one of the options listed and type the STUDENT’S name in the memo box.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Pay By Zelle  - Use your banking app on your phone or download the ZelleApp

  • Register the payment to treasurer@falconsound.org

  • In the notes section type the STUDENT'S NAME and "Calendar Fundraiser". 

Pay by Venmo - 

Use or download the Venmo App on your phone 

  • Register the payment to @Falcon-sound

  • In the notes section type the STUDENT'S NAME and "Calendar Fundraiser". 

Pay by Cash App - 

  • Register the payment to $FalconSound

  • In the notes section type the STUDENT'S NAME and "Calendar Fundraiser"

Pay by Check - 

  • Make checks payable to Falcon Sound Alliance​

  • In the notes write STUDENT'S NAME and "Calendar Fundraiser"

  • Give to student to put in the secure drop box in the band room.​
